Dispelling the Myths !

Consider the following to dispel the myths you may have heard…

  1. Local, privately owned companies have higher prices than large national corporate firms or internet firms.
    • Printing/Copying has been our primary business for over 30 years, whereas local offices of large national corporations may specialize in office products (Office Depot, Staples etc.) or shipping services (UPS stores, FedEx Office etc.) and offer printing/copying services as sources of additional revenue.
    • We make every effort to guarantee that our pricing is more than competitive with other local firms.

  2. Their promotional special discount prices are no lower than our everyday prices.
Internet-Only firms may advertise the least expensive products but does that include all the pricing variables such as quantity, quality, turnaround time, freight, customer service, customer appreciation – to name only a few.
    • We take pride in the fact that we have been meeting the needs of our customers for decades which allows us to use each of these areas to service our customer’s needs.

  3. Multiple locations are more convenient
We have two locations in the local area to serve you. At these locations you will always be dealing with the same personnel with decades of experience who are familiar with your needs and motivated to make your experience a pleasant and successful one.
In addition to our locations we offer

    • send your project materials via email
    • ship your project materials to one of our locations
    • completed jobs can be picked up, delivered or shipped according to your needs

Customer convenience and satisfaction is a primary consideration. Let us know how we can help.

  4. Lowest price is all that matters
Above, we stated many factors that go into the actual lowest price and value for your money.
But in addition to these, consider the effects of locally owned and operated firms:
    • Local firms create jobs by employing local workers whose wages purchase local products such as houses,
      cars and goods and services.
    • Local firms pay property taxes and government licensing fees supporting local governments and schools.
    • Local firms make contributions and support community activities such as schools, nonprofit and recreational activities.
